I have them come out monthly to deep clean sometimes I move it back a week so they can come in sooner and they always accommodate. We’ve been using April’s Cleaning Service every two weeks over several months for home cleaning services, and have had a consistently wonderful experience. The cleaners are always on time, do great work, and are pleasant and courteous. The cost for service is competitive. What is particularly great/unique about this company is their prompt communication and responsiveness. Whether by phone, text, or email, you can expect a quick reply, and they’ve been super accommodating when I needed to change our scheduled service time. When I was initially shopping around for cleaning services, April’s was one of the only companies that got back to me immediately; most others took several days or never got back to me at all. They also have automated emails that remind you a few days in advance of your upcoming service, and text when they’re on the way to the house. I only have good things to share about this company!

So thrilled with our first cleaning! I knew going into our appointment that there was a detailed checklist (including baseboards!) so I was hopeful they’d catch all the little things I care about. Upon arrival, the team confirmed what products they would use and we agreed on a workflow so I could easily move thru the home with my baby while they were doing such a fabulous job. They even sent their manager out to do a final check when they were done - and she used a flashlight to do a close inspection and pointed out only 2 small spots for them to touch up (not sure I would have even noticed them)So glad we found cleaners that are as detail oriented as I am. It’s such a relief going into the holiday season, and as a new mom, knowing our home will be spotless!
