So thrilled with our first cleaning! I knew going into our appointment that there was a detailed checklist (including baseboards!) so I was hopeful they’d catch all the little things I care about. Upon arrival, the team confirmed what products they would use and we agreed on a workflow so I could easily move thru the home with my baby while they were doing such a fabulous job. They even sent their manager out to do a final check when they were done - and she used a flashlight to do a close inspection and pointed out only 2 small spots for them to touch up (not sure I would have even noticed them)So glad we found cleaners that are as detail oriented as I am. It’s such a relief going into the holiday season, and as a new mom, knowing our home will be spotless!

Tried other services but came back to April’s because they simply do a better job. It’s always a team that cleans which I appreciate because I work from home and they are in and out in a little over an hour. They especially do a nice job with hardwood floors. Other cleaners I’ve had left them spotted but Aprils towel dries them after mopping which makes a huge difference.

After walking them through what I needed them to focus on, they went quickly to work. When they were done, my hardwood floors were squeaky clean and my kitchen and baths were thoroughly sanitized. I have been using April's for 12 years. Over this time our home has grown as we have moved 2 times to accommodate our growing family. The homes grew with each move, from 1300 square feet, to 2800, to 4200. We went from having cleanings every once in a while, to monthly, to every three weeks, and now every other week (my ultimate dream is once a week!). We have used April's each time we have moved for deep cleaning to prepare the house for staging pictures and again after the move out. We have been very happy with the professionalism of the team as well as the service itself. There was one time, early on in our relationship, when I saw that the floor was missed in a small area of the kitchen. I called Tina and the team returned later in the day to make sure it was tended to and called to follow up. The team prides itself in making sure the customer is satisfied with the service. The team is always pleasant and prompt, and Tina is a great communicator; she goes the extra mile to be helpful. The price is also very reasonable and that is a plus. I have been extremely happy with this company, and I highly recommend that you give them a call and see for yourself!

Upon moving into rental, I noticed the townhouse was in abysmal living conditions because the last tenant did zero cleaning and I panic reached out to all cleaners in the area.
